"If I could leave zero stars that would be it for me. No accountability for their errors and mistakes. Instead blames the customer, even when it’s all in writing noted in the documents section- good thing for that. Also, Tish will never return your emails or calls, never spoke to her once. If you want to be treated badly, go on ahead and sign up with Tish Olesky. Horrible service from this office!"

"I am very disappointed with the service we received. The issues began when we added our new truck. The initial quote was reasonable, but after purchasing the vehicle, they charged us over $100 more per month than the quoted amount. When I questioned this, the support staff apologized for the incorrect quote. Had we known the insurance would increase so much, we would have reconsidered the purchase. Unfortunately, the purchase had already been made. To make matters worse, our rates increased across the board on all four of our vehicles at renewal. The truck, which we received the incorrect quote for, saw an increase of over 18%. We have had no accidents, no tickets, and no communication from the agent during any of this. There is no excuse for this poor service."

"I have had to amend my review…with difficulty…as I truly thought the world of this establishment at one time…absolutely, no longer. There has been a consistent trend of questions and concerns not being addressed or answered, there are numerous phone calls that have not been returned, and a general attitude of nonchalance on the part of whoever decides to answer the phone…this is the case with both State Farm and this particular office. I understand that customer service is not a priority these days, but with an increase of 20-30 percent in insurance costs…Every month for the last 6 months…I think it is absolutely appropriate for me to expect not to be hung up on…4 times!!!…after being on hold for an average of 20 minutes for each call…and then to be told that your receptionist was not able to listen to my many messages pleading for a call back…after having had 3.5 hours to play back and listen to the answering machine??!!! We have been with this State Farm agency for almost 30 years and overlooked so many slights and shuffling to the next person…there is no point in having a local agent that could care less about your experience with them…especially if you are paying exponentially more to be treated exponentially worse. So extremely disappointed with these individuals and this particular agency…there is absolutely NO benefit to staying with them…no customer loyalty for a very long time…not even civility….shame on you. questions"

"I spoke with Jordan 5 weeks ago in regards to adding a car onto my policy that I have insured with Geico insurance company and the rate he gave me was competitive and acceptable. Today when I called to add the car onto the policy he claimed that he didn't keep the information on file and I needed to give him the information again. After giving him the information he quoted me double the price as he did 5 weeks ago! 2 weeks ago when I purchased a new car I called the agent for the cost of insurance and when I challenged the price they quoted me they the customer service guy hung up on me. I knew what the insurance should cost before I called them and the cost was $50 a month higher and their explanation was well this car cost more to insure but it doesn't, I insured it for just about the same cost as the car I am replacing with only a $2. Dollar difference and according to Google it should cost around the same as the current car I had insured with them and Google was correct. Anytime I try to add a car to my policy the cost was higher than it should be or I thought it should be at this State farm agency. In fact I get different rates from different customer service agents at this agency anytime I try to get a quote for a car I want to insure, this is really sick and I am done with this agency And I am changing agencies tomorrow. I like State farm insurance company and I'm going to change agents not insurance companys I had enough of this State farm agency!!!"
